The print edition of the manual for operational practice contains, among other things, a specialist lexicon with over 300 keywords from the subject area of ​​disability and work. In addition to the lexical part, it offers further basic information: This includes an overview of the services for disabled people at work and the most important legal bases, such as the Social Code - Ninth Book (SGB IX). The integration offices provide the manual free of charge as part of their training and educational work. In this way, they mainly support the work of the severely disabled representatives, company and personnel representatives as well as the employer representative (company integration team).

The specialist lexicon has now also been published in a mobile edition for Android smartphones and tablets. The keywords can be searched conveniently in the full text and saved on a memorial list. So that the knowledge is also available on the go, if there is no network connection, all articles of the lexicon are copied to the device when installing.
